The dirtiest and most unkept hotel I have ever stayed at. Smelt moldy when walking in the front door, Key card wouldn't work and when I asked for help she said "what do you want me to do about it" 0/10 experience. I will never stay there again

Took going to 4 rooms before a good one found. First two did not have working TV and smelled terrible. Old carpets. 4th room nice new floors and very clean. The 3rd room the locks would not let you in. Doubt if I stay there again.

The receptionist was competent however my reservation was not as promised. I asked for two rooms side by side on the first floor. They put my son upstairs because the people in the room he was supposed to stay in decided to extend their stay. I feel they should have moved those people to the upstairs room versus voiding my reservation. The pool and hot tub were closed as well as the elevator. There had been a fire and a lightening strike on the elevator memory board. No fault of the hotel manager just annoying for customers.

I do again apologize for your son being on the second floor. When I checked your son in he was Ok with it. I try to keep the women on the first floor to make it easier for them. I apologize for not putting you on the second floor where you could of been next to your son. Thank you for being so understanding about the pool and hot tub. Stacey was very helpful - she was the best part of my stay. At first, I thought .y room looked clean. But after finding about 5 large dead beetles that may have been cockroaches in my room and more throughout the hotel, I was quite grossed out.

It was disappointing to have the fitness center being renovated. I noticed the Wyndham website said it and the pool were unavailable about a month prior to my stay but the statement about the fitness center has been removed, so I expected to find it open. Also the elevator was out of order. I was not provided a password to the WiFi and no one was at the reception desk each time I tried to ask. The room was clean, but I found a cockroach in the room on my last night which I managed to remove and then another one in my last morning. They need to spray for bugs or not put people in rooms close to the pool renovation.

We ran into bad weather (from the tornados) & the staff help with accommodating items to keep us from losing all our belongings in the back of our truck.. The winds lifted our cover up & was slamming it against the cab..

I was very disappointed by this hotel. I read other reviews and thought okay they say it was clean so that’s good. It was very close to where I needed to be and it was a Hyatt brand so how bad could it be. I was scared to go to sleep. I thought something would crawl on me and bite me. Dead bugs on the floor. The rooms are extremely dark and not enough light. The wall colors don’t help. This makes the baites hotel look like the Waldorf Astoria. Never again!

The place was well kept and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but there wasn't any satisfactory breakfast or even any drinking water due to Wyndham not allowing the staff to go out and get what they needed when the supply distribution slowed

Made reservations at this property, arrived to the lobby empty. My husband and me sat in lobby, rang bell, tried to call the phone (which was a constant busy signal).. was left with no where to stay because the hotel was left unattended and absolutely worst experience of our lives!!!

Made a reservation and I go to check in and the guy had to check 7 rooms before he found a clean one to use. Ended up the key service was down so I didn’t even get a key and the check in guy had to use the master key to open my door and he just kept my door propped open for me. The side door was also propped open to the hotel so it was just unsafe for a traveler who goes by myself. Tv also didn’t work in a suite room.

Just an overnight stay
When we checked in, the front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. When we got to our room, the AC wasn’t working properly so we called the front desk. He came to see if he could fix it but could not and gave us a room upgrade and helped us carry all our stuff to the new room. The next morning they ran out of milk and actually went to the store to pick up more for us. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nice. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is clean, nice room...however there wasn’t enough hot water to take a decent shower. The pool was closed, the hot tub has never worked and the fitness room was closed. Very disappointing when we are still paying full price for all amenities to be included!
