"This has been our favorite hotel for years, however, we’re disappointed with our stay this time. Our bathroom was not clean, the front desk staff seemed indifferent, and the valet never checked in our car making it difficult to find. "

The room was missing extra linens for the pullout bed and we had to go down to the front desk to request some. No elevator near the suites which made it difficult to carry suitcases up the steps. "
