No spa. Room freshener rather overwhelming. Did not meet any staff except at check-in. Very clean & towels changed daily.

Te Mata Lodge
the chalet was located next to another that had a tenant. he was noisy and disturbed ok ur stay. the manager stated there was a water issue and to conserve water. we did. the tenant power washed his stuff. woke up in the morning to no water and left ASAP.
