No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew. I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people. This experience has placed your establishment near the bottom. I will mention that the cleaning staff were very accomodating and courteous. "

"From check-in with Charlotte to the very end of the stay everything was absolutely perfect. The resort is tucked away amongst the vineyards, a quick walk/shuttle to just about anywhere you could desire. Their on property restaurant was a delightfully delicious surprise. We loved the pool and hot tub and can't say enough about the comfirt and convenience of the room and amenities. We also loved the incredible night sky view. We will absolutely return on a future visit to the area. Thank you to the entire team for everything. "
