"The house was properly equiped. Kitchen, beds were okay, the garden has a lot of seats, we enjoyed to sit there. The host was very friendly. Our aim was to visit Lille-centre a couple of times; it takes only a short time to go there. Overall a good place to stay."

"The house is in a lovely rural location but near to a village for food shopping. It was also in a perfect location for the WW1 Memorials & Cemeteries that we visited, Ypres, Hooge, Tyne Cot etc. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival, very nicely furnished and well equipped. "We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

"Perfect voor een familieweekend of -week. De accomodatie is qua inrichting en onderhoud wat gedateerd, maar er is voldoende ruimte en zitplek. De bedden zijn goed en de banken zitten heerlijk en de douches zijn prima. Groot pluspunt is de spellenruimte met golfbiljart en tafeltennistafel die snel verwarmd is met het kacheltje dat erin staat. "Nous avions réservé ce logement pour 4 et avons été surprise d'apprendre que d'autres familles séjournait avec nous ainsi que le propriétaire (cela n'est mentionné nul part). La salle de bain est partagé entre 10 personnes. Le propriétaire passeras le plus clair de son temps à vous épier (en train de déjeuner, faire à manger...). "Really nice detached cottage. Very clean and roomy for the three of us - there was a third childrens bedroom so a larger family would not feel cramped for space. Although it’s in a quiet location it’s well situated for Eurostar trains in Lille and near good road connections. Ideal if visiting the First World War Somme battlefield sites."
