Staff are really approachable, we had issues with our room, three people sharing a room and only set up for two of us. This was resolved by taking the duvet from a spare room. Ox Hotel Carlisle
The only thing I would point out is the Massive Pot Hole at the carpark entrance, it was covered by a puddle so I never saw it. Needs fixing

The Halston is a beautiful venue and our townhouse was amazing and very clean, well equipped, staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast in their hotel and dinner in Penny Blue restaurant were delicious.
