"The cabin was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were disappointed in the lack of a usable fireplace and not enough firepits for every cabin to have one. The room was renovated halfway. The bathtub, shower, counters, and sinks were beautiful and new. The cabinetry and especially the refrigerator need to be replaced. The nearby small town was cute and quaint. The walk around DeFuniak Lake was a favorite activity. Everything in the town is closed on Sundays by 2 p.m."

"My adult boys and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was my first time to rent a VBRO. It is a much older house but it was clean. Although it rained on us the entire trip we enjoyed the back yard and outdoor grill to cook on. You can walk across the street to Family Dollar which was very convenient."
