Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, bei Rückfragen wurde schnell geantwortet und das Ein- und Auschecken war einfach und schnell. Lage auch gut. Direkt am Wasser und 45 Minuten von Hamburg entfernt. Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich nur empfehlen. "

We had a serious allergic reaction to the mold and could not stay in the apartment. We left without unpacking and booked another hotel elsewhere. Neither the Owner nor Expedia through which we booked would refund the rental cost even though the apartment was uninhabitable to us."

Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!"

Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "

There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."

"You could probably find something a little cheaper but the price reflects the quality of the stay. Its location is convenient for access to the autobahn and provides lots of space for parking. The staff are friendly and always on hand to offer support with queries. 10/10 - would highly recommend!!!"
