Large deck for outside grilling and dining, outdoor shower, fire pit for smores and large swing set. Spacious and tastefully renovated 3300 sq. ft. contemporary cape. Bright, open layout kitchen and living area with hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings. Family friendly private neighborhood and ample off street parking. Fully furnished and equipped and includes all appliances. Four large bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen and 1 Full) and 3 full bathrooms. Walk in ground floor finished basement with French doors and separate entrance (800 square ft) with double and twin beds. Easy highway access to 88 and close to area amenities. High speed internet.
