About this property

- Kupe Cottage is double glazed, and sheltered behind tree ferns. With dishwasher, new bathroom with showerdome, washer and drier, and unlimited fibre. It sleeps 3, a single bed in the snug. and a new pillowtop double. To add more beds, book Fern Arch cottage as well. Eat out undercover on the deck, listen to the waves just 150 metres away. Across the road from a great cafe, and two mins across the park to the swimming beach. Watch live tv, stream via the smart google chromecast, or enjoy our library of dvds and books.
NO CAMPERVANS PLEASE. USE OF THE COTTAGE AND THE SERVICES IT OFFERS E.G. SHOWERS, LINEN WIFI. TOILET ARE LIMITED TO THE GUESTS REGISTERED ON THE BOOKING
The cleaning fee is a one time charge not a nightly charge. So the longer you stay the cheaper your nightly rate. It covers the cost of providing and laundering your bed bath and kitchen linen, cleaning the equivalent of a small house, and the cost of cleaning products and appliances used.
Electric car charging using our power is not permitted. It is a safety and insurance issue for us. Chargers are available at New World supermarket.
