"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exquisitely clean and set up for our stay. Ample towels - including beach towels- well-appointed kitchen, wonderful backyard with grill, gas fire pit and view. Sipped coffee in the morning on the couch overlooking the harbor and ate dinner in the back yard with almost the same view. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer our questions. Steep stairs to the upstairs room took a bit of getting used to, but weren’t a problem for those of us...

"We've rented 6 different Milford beach houses over the last 10 years, and this was definitely one of the better ones! The place is as described. It is newly renovated, clean and has some across-the-street views of the Long Island Sound. In addition to the 3 bedrooms I expected, the attic was finished and had an extra single bed that came in handy. The back deck is nice, though when we stayed, the grill was broken (we didn't plan to use it anyway, so it was no problem.) The place would have...

"The place was listed as described. The floors were very clean and shiny. The kitchen could use a wee tad improvement such as a microwave and some extra counter or table space. The dishes were very nice but a larger pot to cook in and a few more cooking utensils would have been nice ie. a cooking spatula, colandar and a cooking fork. It was nicely decorated tho and sofa couch was nice and comfortable too!"

"Everything was spotless clean. The sheets smell really good. There was no dust anywhere. There were so many little details that make me feel welcomed: shampo bottles, towels, fully stocked fridge (even with ice cream!), lots of snack, new appliances including keuring coffee machine. Everything was amazing. I went running to the meadows nearby (Mackinley Reservoir?). I saw the beach was just around the corner...well don for property owner. I asked for a HDMI cable, and it seemed brand new! Just...

"Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. "
