"I travel for work alot, and this was one of the most beautiful spacious apartments i have ever stayed in. High quality and very homley. There was a bit of a faff regarding deposit but once this was sorted, my stay was delightful. I hope i can grab another stay here soon! "

"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"Large roomy well equiped apartment with separate bedroom ( but not with a closing door ),fantastic shower, we had room 9 which was downstairs and had beautiful bay windows with a lovely hillside view , easy onsite parking , loved the dishwasher but missed having a washing machine and oven, initially we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness ( fluff and balls and dust in corners of the bathroom and dropped food under dining table ) a quick clean and all was good "

"Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return."

"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay."

"Very large, spacious house and fantastic grounds. Lots of room inside and out for us to spread out. Facilities excellent. We made good use of hot tube, pool and table tennis tables and the young ones enjoyed the kids play area. Easy access to Cotswolds Way path. Although the property is on the edge of Dursley, the grounds are large, giving the impression that you are almost in the countryside."

"We enjoyed our stay in Bath and this flat. The flat is located just outside the city center with only a few minutes walk to the major sights. The flat is small but has everything you need. Well furnished and comfortable. It was nice having a smart TV with subscriptions to a couple of streaming services. The hosts were accommodating and provided some refreshments."

"Got really bad ‘hot tub rash’ from the spa, I literally visit a different spa hotel each month and have never had any skin issues….the day after using the hot tub I was covered head to toe in red spotty rash :( :( I went to inform the spa of the issue and the spa staff were border line rude and dismissive that it happened there! They basically went to look at book with the night before chlorine level and just told me everything was fine! Whilst having this conversation there was anther lady...
