"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room from hell! Tiny room, no ventilation, no air-conditioning and not even a fan in the room. The window only opens slightly but it’s way too noisy."

"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"My room was ground floor so very glad to have even tho it has a lift this was out of service today. Breakfast was continental style and perfectly adequate for me. Fresh fruit yogurt bread and spreads and sweet pastries and also different cereals meat and eggs. Very happy with that room and staff. Excellent location close to underground district and Piccadilly lines. Lots of eating and drinking nearby. Air conditioning randomly came on in the middle of the night each night so I had to get up..."
