The Wildflower Cottage at Mountain Paradise

Cottage is located in the Mountains of WV. Wildlife viewing at it's best. Open living and dining area with 2 bedrooms and one bath. HOT TUB!!! Just minutes from the Buckhannon River. Pond on property. Cottage is located 10 miles out the Alexander-Helvetia Road in French Creek.

The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would have in the comfort of your home. There is a starter of garbage bags and dishwasher tabs provided.

We are pet friendly (dogs only, fee required). Must clean up after your pet inside and out. Excessive pet hair on furniture or pet excrement (especially inside) may result in forfeiture of all or part of security deposit.

34th Birthday!

The cabin and property was absolutely beautiful! I booked this with my girlfriend and a couple friends for her 34th birthday. We relaxed by the fire, cooked some good meals and enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be back again!

What a great place to get away. Everything was as described. Super clean and very charming. We had to cut our stay short but would love to go back. Very easy to find. The hosts communication was excellent.

Weekend getaway

We came down for a ghost hunt at the Trans Allegheny Lunatic asylum. This place was wonderful to recoup from a long night. We had comfortable beds to sleep in, a clean bathroom and kitchen to refresh and gather in and the cleanest hottub I have ever been in. The view and scenery was amazing and the star gazing was a treat as well. Would love to come back

The property is wonderful! Close to the main road, yet surrounded by woods and wildlife. Plenty of stores somewhat close by if you need anything. It's the best!!😀

Cool, rural cottage to escape the heat

Wildflower is a sweet litttle cottage in a rural part of W. Virginia. My sister and I were looking for a place to escape the heat of Virginia, and we did! The weather was beautiful, cool in the mornings and evenings and much less humid than Virginia. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Our only complaints were the fridge that made noises all day that sounded like a cow in labor. Also, there was no cushio foor an porch bench that had metal slats on it that you couldn't sit on. We enjoyed Holly River State Park about an hour away and the nearby W.VA Wildlife Center.

Great Getaway!
