Cool Wind, Westland Heights St James - Luxury 6 bedroom villa with private chef

Cool Wind has a show-stopping, extensive, open-plan reception and dining area for 10, which stretches almost the breadth of the property and leads down to the pool, gardens and pool bar, which comes complete with ice-machine and draft Banks Beer. The pool deck is very large with plenty of seating offering full sun and shade and has a BBQ area with a separate kitchen, adjacent to the fully equipped air-conditioned gym. There is also a covered gazebo for additional outdoor dining. Also at garden level, is an additional self-contained suite comprising of one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom, both fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, separated by a private living area which has a queen-sized sofa-bed, smart tv and galley kitchen which makes it perfect for a group of young adults or families with younger children travelling with a nanny.

The upper level has three king-sized suites, all with en-suite bathrooms, the master suite has a walk-in dressing room, and all of the suites are fully air-conditioned with in-room safes, smart tv’s and amenities. There is also an additional air-conditioned media room, an intimate dining patio and a spacious air-conditioned kitchen with pantry and breakfast bar. Despite its size and glamour, Cool Wind also has an intimacy that makes it very much a very special family home.

The property comes with a private chef, complimentary concierge services, security and housekeeping 7 days per week, plus use of The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, which allows up to 10 guests, exclusive use of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach waiter service and a 10% discount off all food and beverages.

Fantastic Experience

An incredible home with great staff, combined to make this property a wonderful home for our 10 person holiday The property manager is undoubtedly one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with. From Start to finish our trip was made better by her constant care, advice and availability. Our Chef for the week went above and beyond to ensure we were all looked after and well fed despite more than a few dietary restrictions. The home is incredible, the grounds allow for 10 people to easily feel comfortable and find space to relax and enjoy. it is spotless and well maintained. The pool is large and has lots of seating area to relax. I would easily claim it exceeded our expectations. It is not easy to find a property that meets or exceeds expectations in all facets of a trip with 10 people. You could easily spend an entire vacation in Barbados without ever having to leave the property such are the amenities and comfort. Thank you to the entire team for a magnificent stay
