"Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits replenished each day. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. All the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Plenty of parking available. A very well equipped gym available free of charge. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thankyou 🌟"

"Bar and Dining Room attractive, food good, staff (mostly) helpful. Room, in adjacent development, awful: accessed only via steep, external flight of open stairs. No offer to assist elderly customers, ( Blue Badge holder), with luggage in poor weather. Small and cramped accommodation. Velux-style skylight in sloping roof with no other windows or view out."

"Beautiful room and amenities. We stayed in one of the garden rooms which was gorgeous, and would be even nicer when warmer as each has a little table and chairs in front - the room had everything you could want v spacious and gorgeous Temple Spa bathroom products, and a lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of Copper House gin ;) lovely meal in the restaurant and delicious breakfast. We were there combining a whiskey tour and tasting just next door which would highly recommend. We know and love Southwold but rarely need to stay as have family nearby so this was a lovely treat to experience The Swan. "
