"pool wasn’t functioning, didn’t say this anywhere online. we arrived at 4:10 to check in and didn’t get a room til 5:30 because they were still cleaning and behind, no compensation for this. bought breakfast at the time of booking for $6 a person i believe, then when we arrive to our breakfast they’re super rude and say it’s $14 a person and then because we arrived 15 before they close up breakfast they rushed us through the whole thing and made us take it to go…. very rude kitchen staff!"

"Room is old and not real clean, AC not working the front desk said they will put in a work order?? Pool very cloudy and jacuzzi only about 80 degrees no towels just a pile of dirty ones even next day same. You get what you pay for."

"Ok so this hotel is clean and there aren’t any bugs but it is extremely run down and shabby. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted which is my biggest complaint. The pool was closed, and our rooms were never cleaned despite staying three nights. There were old, broken appliances, mirrors etc strewn all over the property, giving it a junkyard vibe. While it’s not the Bates Motel, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent to stay here."

"My check-in was not geat. But,, it was not due to the Hotel staff. There wasa disgruntled costomer checking out and he was arguing about some charge on his bill. He was very ignorant to the lady and very disruptive for folks trying to check-in."

"Everything was great. It would have been nice to have a sign by the elevators by the lobby telling folks how to get to there room since the Arcade was rented out. A little confusing but we finally figured out how to get to the gold elevators."
