The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. But we were told breakfast was included in our reservation and that is why we chose to eat it and when we left, we were hit with a large bill for breakfast and told that it was not included. It wasn’t worth the price of breakfast, we would not have had it if we had not been told it was included in our stay. Rooms did not have any fridges or coffee. We also recharged with extra city tax when we checked out.

The cat is a sweetheart!
Thank you for the water in the room and all the advice on places to see! Close to the museums to walk to but the bus and tram are right there.
The breakfast downstairs is worth the monez for sure. We enjoyed out basement room and our stay.

Excellent service! 24 desk with all kinds of drinks, snack, and amenities available in the lobby - a hit with our kids (10 and 12). The room was generously sized and the quiet street was beautiful. We loved our stay.

"DON’T STAY HERE if you want air conditioning in your room. *Shuttle service is for 3 of their hotels and gets full. The shuttle from the airport can be a free for all chaos when it’s busy because there’s only one shuttle at night and it gets packed to the gills with travelers who are tired of travel ..."
