Nestled in the woods, this cottage offers nature’s tranquil peacefulness, yet steps away from all of the wonderful Summer Village resort amenities, including a pond with lifeguarded beach, heated family and toddler pool, heated adult pool with hot tub, kayaks, canoes, sunfish, fishing in a well-stocked pond, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, bocce, shuffleboard, golf putting green, playground, hiking trails and a well-equipped gym, Visit the Lodge to enjoy lunch/dinner or drinks at the bar. Browse at the general store.
All resort amenities are included in the price with the exception of kids pay-to-play activities.

Cottage comfortably sleeps 5. Furniture is new. There are 2 bedrooms (one has a queen bed and
twin bed; the other has a queen bed). Full bath with a shower as well as a washer/dryer. Open living/dining/kitchen. Includes TV, cable, internet, AC & ceiling fans, stove, gas grill, refrigerator and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, glassware, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, bedding, linens, towels. Outside is very private. Golf cart is included.

Comfortable cottage in a pleasant resort community

This cottage, in Summer Village, was modern and comfortable, with a sunny front room, whose loungers we enjoyed! The resort community was fairly quiet, since it was after Labor Day. There were an active group of older adults who were quite friendly. The fact that the community was gated made it a little harder to have visitors. We really liked taking walks in the morning--some good hills! We were sorry the beach and pond were closed due to high algae levels--were told that it was not uncommon at end of summer.
