"This apartment is comfortable and so clean. We liked the beds and the bathroom had a great shower. There's one flight of stairs to get into the main living space, and the layout is a little unusual, but we really liked our stay and slept great. Very private, quiet, nice stocked kitchen, easy access to the highway as well."

"Beautiful tiny house and very well kept. We were bummed that the beach was rocky and not sandy therefore we did not use it as much as we were hoping. We did enjoy the hot tub. This place is very conveniently located to be in the city quickly or enjoying farm country. "

"My family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the property. Everything was top-notch – cozy furnishings and decor, well equipped kitchen, convenient location to stores like Trader Joe’s and Target as well as the Church Street Marketplace… We were out during the day, but spent the evenings at the house and were able to have great family bonding time just watching tv together and playing the board games provided. "We stayed two nights so our daughter could tour the University of Vermont. The property is unit 4 of a multifamily, but we didn't see or hear anyone else - other than cars in the driveway. Parking is a little tight if you have more than 2 cars, but we didnt have an issue. Don't judge the exterior too harshly if you look at google maps, the interior is well kept and recently renovated.
