"Rustic. Quiet. Clean."

"Check-in was great and our rooms were nice and big. Door to the bathroom wouldn't close properly or stay closed, even if locked. Breakfast was listed for 6:30 but when we came down the lights were out and nothing was available. Called and were told to wait an hour!! We didn't have to wait quite that long, but there weren't many options. We booked almost three months in advance, so it's not like they didn't know we would be there with 12 people."

"Our hotel room at Hotel Rome was clean and nice inside the room. The hallways and common areas were dirtier. There's likely not enough staff for the amount of guests. "
