"Room we got was so loud we couldn’t sleep all 5 nights, asked for a room move and was denied staff wouldn’t even bother looking at our reservation would just look at us and say” no we are sold out” finally on our last night I spoke to the manager and he said they weren’t sold out so not sure who is lying. Our room was at the end of the hall 1104 and was facing a wall and didn’t let any natural light in! Every morning we were woken up by loud banging from pipes and screeching that would go on for 4 + hours we were there for EDC so we wouldn’t get back to our room till 4-5 am so when we would try to sleep in that would be impossible with the noise. Also the bathroom sink was clogged couldn’t even wash our hands without the sink filling up with water.. disgusting. The seal all around the shower had black mold. After bringing this to the managers attention he look so annoyed and like he didn’t care just shrugged his shoulders and said I’m sorry that he can just “meet me in the middle “ and remove 3 nights parking and 3 nights amenity only.. WOW thanks after being there for 5 nights spending more then 1900 on 2 rooms couldn’t have been a little more sympathetic at least with his apology. "
