"I appreciated some of the staff and services during my stay.
The lady at the self-parking area was very polite and helpful. She explained the valet parking process and electric vehicle charging options very clearly. I would also like to appreciate John at the valet parking service — he was very polite and helped with charging my car. Overall, the parking and valet services were excellent.
However, the room experience was very disappointing. There was no coffee machine in the room, which is a very common amenity even in small hotels. I did not expect this from Treasure Island.
Another issue was the room view. While booking, I specifically selected a room with a view, and I also requested this again during check-in. Unfortunately, I was given a room where the windows were blocked by commercial advertisements.
This was especially disappointing because I brought my elderly parents with the intention of showing them the Las Vegas Strip from the room, since they cannot walk long distances due to knee pain.
We were very disappointed with the receptionist. If she had informed us honestly that no view rooms were available, I would have chosen a different hotel. I was surprised by this experience, especially since many rooms appeared to be available during Memorial Day weekend.
I would request the TI reception staff to clearly explain room conditions, available views, and services during check-in so guests can make informed decisions."
