"We had a minor issue when we got into our room. It did not have a refrigerator where one was supposed to be. Once they were notified of the issue, they immediately brought me one. The staff at check-in were super friendly. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel to other guests"

"Our view was trash and laundry. The mattress was terrible. Had low spots on the side and a big hill in the middle. Shower made a screaming sound when it was on. Sliding door to bathroom , when in its correct location was hard to shut."

"The Westin Bonaventure is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff on my floor were particularly friendly and kind. I utilized the Desuan Spa inside the hotel - not owned or run by the hotel - and it left a bit to be desired. It was clearly worn out and the staff was not very friendly. Given the cost and location inside the hotel, I expected more. The HOTEL itself is a little dated, but VERY CLEAN."
