"We had a great stay overall! The location was excellent and made it easy to get around the Strip. The staff was outstanding—everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything.
Our room was spacious, and we especially appreciated the large bathroom. It was comfortable and worked well for our family.
The only downsides were that our “Strip view” from the 12th floor was mostly obstructed by the rooftop with air-conditioning units and signage, so it wasn’t quite the view we expected. Also, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. When we first arrived, the room was quite warm, and it took a long time to cool down. Even after that, it never got as cold as we would have liked.
Despite those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again because of the great location, spacious room, and exceptional staff."
