"Check in process terrible. Automated process takes too long and is error prone with very little human support. No option for human checkin. Hallways filled with huge bags of dirty laundry and trash. Room was not vacuumed. Sporadic housekeeping service. No in room coffee and getting a cup in the morning was 1hour+ waiting in line at Starbucks or cafe. Service at the cafe was terrible, wait staff standing around talking to each other and yelling at each other across the restaurant, waited 40 mins to get my order taken-restaurant not full and waitress only came when I got up to leave. Checkout was also ‘automated’ and terrible. It took me 8 attempts to get my final bill, in person, chat, and multiple phone calls. "
