"Overall, the stay itself was decent, but my experience with the luggage staff at the end left a bad impression. I didn’t have enough cash to tip, and after picking up my bags I overheard comments about not receiving a tip and felt mocked by one of the staff members. It made the situation uncomfortable and negatively affected my overall experience."

"Parking was terrific. Plenty and close to the lobby. The rooms were much cleaner than we expected. The hallway to the room was very dated but considering what I paid for the room, we are very satisfied."

"Our room was never cleaned although it was requested and the front desk checking us out told us that it's dependant on their staff availability. This was something we have never experienced before. We will NOT be staying at any Caesars hotels in the futre."

"Upon arrival we called and were prepared to pay an early check in fee of an additional $150 but were told are only option was a suite for an additional $300 a night. When we passed the host immediately became rude and told us we could not check us in early and they would take our bags at the bell hop. The bell hop gentleman out front were the only staff members that were kind and helpful. We tipped them very generously. At 4 when we finally got in our room. Not expecting a great view we had the back of the hotel which was fine. But we walked into a room that the AC was off, fridge was frozen and leaking, the room looked as if it was decorated in the 50’s, baseboards were so bad and coming of the walls, the bathroom mirror was bright red and the walls were peeling. We called down and even considered the suite but no other rooms were available… no one came to fix our ac but luckily it get cool to 74. We also gambled for hours trying to enjoy the hotel and never once saw a waitress. We would have to buy drinks to gamble and after spending $100’s we finally decided to gamble at the other hotels where we were actually treated with service. Though the casino, restaurant and vibe is beautiful… I was so highly disappointed in this hotel it was my most favorite and was so excited to stay. But we won’t be staying at this one ever again. "

"Everything was good, rooms were spacious and quiet and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the elevators and the accessibility to our rooms. Also the elevator itself was a little nauseating."
