"The stay was great. There was an issue for about an hour with the internet, but that is no fault of the owner (Remote worker here). I think certain areas like doors could use paint touchups. I am someone who likes to watch tv while in the bed so please put a small tv in the bedroom. It would be nice to have an extra blanket if needed while watching tv. Yes, I would stay here again. The gated group of apartments gets a thumbs up from me."

"My aunt and I visited Memphis. Our apartment was close to everything. The gate enclosure made me feel safe. I have rented from vrbo many times, but never have I had a host so easy to work with. Tim and his team responded to my questions almost immediately. The space was perfect for two people. We visited during unusually frigid temperatures and was grateful for running water and heat. I would stay here again."

"The location of the property is very undesirable. This is not a walking neighborhood due to safety & garbage. There were overflowing garbage cans in front of the property when we arrived and remained there four days later. We had several contacts with the property manager and his team with no satisfactory result. The interior of the property was a average at best."
