"Check in was very welcoming. Easy n fast check in. The breakfast was on point. Rooms was very quiet and comfortable. Also clean and fresh smelling. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Again the evening n night was very quiet. We had a restful night with no problems."

"The hotel was conveniently located for visiting Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore. Our room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. The breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful, even sharing their favorite sights to see in the area. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was quite different. We waited more than 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk, and when the staff member finally returned, they seemed to have an attitude and were rather rude."

"We liked that they had a cart of "supplies" for our rooms at the main level by the elevator and we could grab items if we needed them. I think it is also great that they don't automatically clean rooms and linens each day, yet we can call for it as needed. I like a place that does not waste."
