"I had a suite and both of the A/C units made a loud annoying noise. The remote in the bedroom wouldn't connect with the cable, so I was unable to change channels."

The front desk did try to give us a portable air conditioner but it wasn't ventilated so it was pumping out more hot air than cold. Definitely paid way too much for this room."

We had never had to pull down on the water spigot to get the shower water to come out before but it worked perfectly. And was amazing.
