"The room was a bit diff than pic as far as a walk in shower,but we did get a handicapped tub shower that had lots of safety bars and low to step in to it as my sister was post knee sx, she did great with the set up, so was all good. The sink was ok too but no place to set toilitries the only down side. Room nice, carpet recently cleaned and a bit damp but smelled great! Breakfast had a great variety of proteins, waffles, cereal, juice, milk and coffee pastries yogurts ect...very nice set up roomy! Hot tub great tho jets a bit stronger than use too. Pool nice as well and a nice gym as well. Front staff was very friendly and made check out and in, quick and pleasant. Have extras if needed too like more room coffee! Loved that they had in room coffee pots,with fridge and microwaves as well, very nice. I'd deffinatly recommend them! Very affordable too, a Big bang, for your buck!"

"Room was great other than refrigerator which did not cool well. Grounds and landscaping could use some weeding, trimming of dead vegetation on trees and shrubs. Hotel was nicely equipped (pool, exercise room, library corner, laundry and dining area). Could use an ice machine on all 3 floors. Good value overall. Great Pet exercise area."

"Only one staff member, it was very busy and had to wait awhile before we were able to get help, but he did a great job onde we were able to talk with jim. Didn't have enough bedding provided for the pull out couch in our room. The phone in our room did not work. Lots of options for breakfast."

"Here’s a more natural and balanced version of your review: The hotel is in an older building, but it is well maintained and overall a good place to stay. Our room was comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly large and very comfortable. The only downside was the staff. When we arrived, the front desk employee was on a personal phone call. I stood in front of her waiting to check in, but she continued her conversation, which made me feel invisible and unwelcome. A more attentive and friendly check-in experience would have made a big difference."

"Real honest review. We stayed there one night as we traveled to Rapid City. This hotel is an older motel but is very clean. I was actually surprised how clean it was. Even though, the room was very dated, it was a comfortable stay. Be sure to look at the pictures of the rooms before you get there.It was nice to drive straight up to our room and not have to drag our luggage through a lobby or up some stairs for our short stay. In the center of the parking lot there are four picnic tables where we were able to sit outside and enjoy some wine in the evening. That was a bonus for us so we wouldn’t have to drive into town for an evening drink. If you are interested in staying closer to the nightlife, this is not the place but if you are wanting a quiet clean location, this is a place for you to be. We passed on the breakfast because it was food that you microwave yourself so I am not sure how their breakfast gets rave reviews. We ended up driving into town for breakfast. Would we stay there again? We are open to it, but we would have preferred to be closer to the downtown area so we could walk to dinner and not have to drive."
