"Me and my boyfriend had a good stay at this property. It has parking for anyone hiring a car. The host was great, offering breakfast and lifts if needed. There was a language barrier but anyone who is not Spanish can just use google translate and it is easy enough. We had full use of his flat including the kitchen etc. Cheaper alternative to hotels and a nicer option than hostels. "

"I stayed at Ulli's rental for 4 nights in May 2025 with three friends (4 adults). The property was perfect! It's spacious, clean, and has all the supplies you need. The location is excellent for exploring Reykjavik. Communication with Ulli before and during the stay was quick and easy. Highly recommend! "

"It was a wonderful central located apartment in a quiet side of Reykjavík. It is great for couples. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a plus.. We did many excursions and kept our days filled. This was our second place we stayed at in the middle of our trip so to go to BSI to pick up the key was a bit of an inconvenience. It is their rule but be aware and plan accordingly. They communicated with us and answered questions very quickly. Iceland is a wonderful country. You will have so much fun...
