Very close to the beach and convenient to shopping and dining. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our flight left late in the evening and they were very accommodating to allow us to leave our luggage at the front desk after we checked out so we could enjoy one last day at the beach.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

The guest room was not clean. Under the mattress of the sofa bed, I found a stink bug and some garbage. There was only one small bar of soap provided in the room. When I called the front desk to request an additional soap, since I was staying for 7 days, I was told they needed to ask the owner. However, no one ever followed up with me. Overall, this was disappointing and did not meet expected standards of cleanliness and service.

This property is amazing! Large patio with breathtaking views! Spacious living space with lovely kitchen, bedrooms and living room. There are wonderful places to eat downstairs - lunch, coffee, açaí - which you can enjoy on the beach thanks to the location-provided beach chairs and umbrella. Our family had a blast! The hotel next door has a terrific restaurant! You will love staying here!

What a lovely experience. The place is full of nostalgia and history. The food was pricey and darn good. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and warm. The beach is absolute perfection. We swam in the clear warm water and went out on a catamaran that was fun. In the bar we heard the best local singer Johnny Valentine so musical The mushroom pesto pasta was incredible. My wife says she fell in love with the place and cried when we left.

The location from the airport is good. We stayed two different nights and each night. The air conditioning did not work. Every time we went to have breakfast at least 45 minutes before closing time, they ran out of food.
