"AC was broken in the bedroom. The ac in the living room area sounded like an airplane landing. The beds were not comfortable. "

"The North Tower actually felt like it truly was a non-smoking tower, so that is appreciated. But in order to actually go to dinner, you had to go through a casino and even the so-called non-smoking casino had ashtrays and people smoking you could not eat in a restaurant without the intense smell of smoke unless you wanted to have a burger and fries.. The rooms were OK but even the king deluxe Riverview did not have a refrigerator even though it said it was updated the furniture look like it was from the 80s.."

"Stayed in the remodeled rooms and had a horrible experience , bed had a big pot hole in the mattress , TV didn't work , and AC box rattled all night and never cooled off in the room "

"The staff was wonderful and helped at every turn. The pool was closed. I guess they are closed on certain days of yhe week. It just happened to be when we were there. The neighboring hotel allowed visitors from the Aquarius to access their pool. All in all it was a very good stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the cafe. They had great deals which allowed more money for gambling. "

"Staff seemed stressed and was extremely slow. Hallways smelt weird. There was trash all over the property including diapers. People using the pool were not all guests at the hotel. I have a clap for medical necessity and there were no plugs close to the bed. I would never stay there again."

"The staff is super helpful and the room seemed to have a minor upgrade, but the window is loose and kept rattling through my entire day, the pool looked extremely dirty, and the happy hour was okay. The AC was mediocre, I had to put it down to 63° in order to sleep, and there were fruit flies in my room during the entire stay. I would give this a two, but I’m writing it at three because the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. for the price, I definitely would have picked some of the newer hotels close by. "
