"clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff"

"Enjoyed my stay more than I thought. Was a little worried it might be noisy with the casino but it was very quiet and calm on the room floors. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was unique with just a half glass wall which let the water get out on the floor despite the shower rug, but floor was not slippery so it wasn’t a big problem. Only real issue I had was the bathroom light just coming on automatically without a way to disable that feature(unless I just couldn’t figure it out) so I didn’t get blasted with bright light in middle of night visit"

"I skipped rating staff because I had no contact with anyone. Easy self parking, keyless entry, room was clean, comfortable and maintained well. In my experience, this has been the same since discovering and being guests at TRU (by Hilton) for years."

"Didn’t like how we had to pay to park in the parking garage. Should be included with your stay. Free breakfast on the 13th floor was good but could have had a couple more things to pick from."

"The location is an isolated corner of Downtown Albany, under over-bridges on one side and an empty parking lot / Greyhound Bus stand on another, with a huge abandoned dilapidated building in front. But the Hotel itself is well maintained, sufficiently staffed, with all amenities that you'd expect in any other Hotel. The room was clean and good. Wi-fi speed was good. Morning breakfast, between 6 and 9:15am, had all that you'd expect in a complimentary BF. I would recommend."

"Multiple shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Some things need to be updated but did not affect my stay, no coffee maker in the room, however there was a coffee station by the front desk. The bed was ok, the mattress was firm, which I like, and the pillows were decent. The price was perfect for what you get. The fitness center was great. "
