We had a vip cottage but there was no coffee no teabags and the towels were so thin, you couldnt use them for the swimming pool. Our morning breakfast was terrible. Bread was not fresh but hard.. no vip cottage for me. Waste of money

Overall, our stay was good because I made it good. Depending on the staff, they could ruin everything. We booked an 8-day stay, and that wasn't cheap at all, so yes, I expected better service. To begin with, the man who greeted us simply handed us the bags and the map and said, "You can go." I asked if they could help us with our bags because our house was quite far away. He replied, "Look, that's not a service we provide, but I'll find someone to help you. But don't call on your departure to the reception because no one will help you." I found it quite rude. Secondly, when we arrived at the house, there were no sheets on the bed or towels. We called reception several times, and even then they only brought the sheets around midnight, and we arrived at 5 p.m. Thirdly, for what you pay, the cleaning is poor, a lot of dust, a lot of spider webs, and consequently a lot of spiders. A week and no service provided. I was quite disappointed. Sometimes when demand is high the services become precarious, but cleaning in particular is something you should really pay attention to. There are a lot of activities for kids that you have to pay to do except the pool area.

An sich schöner Familienpark. Unterkunft soweit ganz gut. Etwas wenig Ausstattung. Preise leider typisch im Preisniveau angepasst. Aber die Auswahl an Unternehmungen im Park sind sehr gut. Freundlichkeit des Personals auch super. Wir werden wohl erneut einen Urlaub dort buchen.

Wij, mijn zus en moeder gaan 1 keer per jaar een weekend weg naar een hotel. Wij gingen er nu ook vanuit dat wij een hotel hadden geboekt. In de boekingsgegevens werd steeds geschreven over een hotel...Dit bleek niet het geval....we kwamen op een bungalow park.. De bungalow had geen douche maar een ligbad. Niet handig voor moeder die de 80 is gepasseerd. Omboeken ging niet volgens Expedia. Vervolgens waren de kosten nu verdubbeld. Als wij direct bij Center parcs hadden geboekt, waren we een stuk voordeliger uit geweest.

Zwembad top. Huisje flop!

Het zwembad met wildwaterbaan is top voor kinderen. Daar is t ook netjes. In de plaza kom je zeer vriendelijk personeel tegen. Maar ook zeer ongeïnteresseerd en onvriendelijk personeel. Je moet veel geduld hebben... 40 min heb ik zitten wachten op 2 puntzakken friet! Na de 2e keer vragen op wat minder vriendelijke toon werd er ineens hard gelopen. En voor ons ijsje deden ze extra hun best. Fijn opgelost. Maar jammer dat het zover moest komen. Bij Nonna's was alles super. Lekker eten, vriendelijke bediening. Helaas was ons huisje dramatisch... 2 persoons premium. Geen vernieuwde. Maar ik had er vertrouwen in dat de premium niet slecht zou zijn. Beter dan comfort. Moet goed zijn... Helaas bleek dat niet. Waarschuwing voor een volgende bezoeker: neem alleen de vernieuwde huisjes als je niet van vieze oude rommel houdt! Om 15 uur mag je inchecken. Om 16 uur waren we bij ons huisje. Er was nog iemand bezig. Toen zij weg was en wij binnen kwamen schrok ik van de staat van het huisje. Er kwamen nog 2 dames 'poetsen'. Of we nog even konden wachten. Volgens mij hebben ze alleen de muffe handdoeken neergelegd. Want verder was t nog een vieze bende. Oud is niet erg. En je weet in een bos dat er wat beestjes kunnen zitten. Maar de vloer was te vies. Heb niet op mn blote voeten durven lopen. Overal spinnenrag incl. spinnen. Stof. Bed met kuil. Ik heb slecht geslapen en vond t vervelend om in het huisje te zijn. Mijn zoontje vond t park geweldig. Anders was ik eerder weggegaan. Jammer!
