"Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight ..."

"We (4 siblings and 3 partners) spent a very enjoyable 4 nights at Larpool Mill. As previous guests have mentioned, the road outside is closed which makes for a very peaceful stay.
