"Great staff and location, but room, breakfast and facilities were lacking - did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Our bedroom was often damp, the carpet had wet spots and 1 day our bed sheets had wet patches that we had to blow dry. The bedroom was also directly next to a roundabout so heavy traffic ..."
