"All was acceptable except our water in the shower, it never got hot. Warm was thr best we could get. I love a hot shower to start my day. Warm does not do it."

"Rooms seemed dark but that could have been inadequate light bulbs. The bathroom was roomy and plenty of towels but no makeup mirror. Charging plugs were lose and extremely slow. These are small things but they all add up to contribute to a pleasant stay. A small cafe in the lobby but no complimentary breakfast or coffee. Convenient location. "

"Our host was an excellent communicator before and during our trip. The house was amazing with a heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pac man machine and located on a canal with a great dock. We saw a dolphin and lots of Manatees and fish. Plenty of seating, the backyard was my favorite place to be! The house was great too. My mother, 85 years young, loved having the master suite with a private bathroom. We loved having a washer and dryer along with everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great also. We were walking distance to a grocery store and downtown Tampa and Dunedin were a short drive. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to booking another trip soon!"

"This venue was great for 25 of us ranging from kids to teen-agers to adults of all ages. A few things need attention. The Keurig didn’t work well and the movie theater projector had problems. With more attention to details like this, I’d rate the place higher. The pool was nice and big, as was the outdoor hot tub. We didn’t use the indoor one but it looked spacious. The property is very accommodating for young children and family pets. You can kayak on a river in the back but it is not too long and doesn’t connect to other waterways. The bedrooms were comfortable but in some cases you need to go through one to get to the next..Overall we had a fun stay at this property! "
