"I had to wait exactly one hour for the shuttle in the evening. In the morning, the housekeeper knocked on the door at 8 a.m. and woke me up. There was a very strong wind, and the windows did not provide proper insulation at all. The room was extremely windy inside — it honestly felt like Chicago. The windows could definitely be better insulated if attention was given, but it seems no one is addressing this. Additionally, there was noise coming from the highway. The breakfast was decent. "

"Pros: ideal location for tourists and visitors, free beverage per person per day, tasty (yet limited) restaurant options. Cons: staff are unfriendly and appear bothered if you ask a question (minus doorman, who is rightfully Instagram famous), rooms were unimpressive and was sloppily made upon arrival. Final fake: if you won't be in the hotel much and want to enjoy all the NYC sites by foot, I would recommend."
