Front desk was super friendly, I don’t think I have ever been given a tour of a hotel or been shown to my room after check in, was a super nice touch! The room was very clean and comfortable, I would definitely book again and will recommend to others, the service of the two night time desk agents is top notch.

Clean and cute. If you don’t want to spend extra for a pool or breakfast then this is a cozy place to stay. It was perfect for our stay.

Gem off the main strip
Really nice place off the main drag, which means less traffic noise. Lobby and room were really nice with homely, country feel. Quiet area during the fall season, but the walls of the hotel can seem a little thin at times. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance to the main streets, food, shops, and grocers. Proximity to Yellowstone West entrance is terrific for visiting the park!

This inn is old, but we’ll maintained and clean. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. It was very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay 😊

Older facility but updated and clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Door to room needed to be worked on because it sticks but we reported it and they will fix it.

The two guys at the front desk were totally helpless. Didn’t seem to know how to run the various machines (vcr) and didn’t want to even answer my questions. So disappointed in them.

I absolutely LOVED this place!! We stayed in the King Room. It's small but cozy. The staff is wonderful. Tea & Coffee & Hot Cider service in the lobby was great! The lobby was a nice & cozy place to hang. Walking distance to restaurants!

Very small, but tastfully renovated. Thought it was over priced, but may have been equitable for the area. Lobby and amenities there for the guests was 5 star.

Loved the room. Super comfortable bedding. The coffee area attached to the lobby is so cute and inviting! The only negative was parking. The area is very small/tight or you park in the alley.

We were in room #201 with 1 King size bed. Overall, the space was small and felt cramped. The floor dipped in a couple spots which felt odd. The refrigerator was tiny and could not accommodate everything we needed it for but worked out okay because we also used our cooler. The shower stall (no tub) was small but the shower stream was really quite nice. Our two night stay was almost $500 which was way too much for what we got.

Hi JIM,We agree with our hundreds of reviews that our Single King and Single Queen rooms are smaller than average, and priced appropriately. The floor is a 6" concrete slab, it does not "dip".We are surprised to hear you say the money was too much, as obviously a savvy traveler such as yourself would compare prices and reviews of the dozens of lodging options in our town, and make a good decision.We wish you the best of luck in your future travels.

We are happy you found the property and staff great. We are sorry you are not used to having a heater in the room make that makes noise. We have yet to source a completely silence heating and cooling system for our rooms.

It was very expensive for what it really should be called….a motel! The shower we a 2’X2’ square! Thankfully we are not bigger people but I know my brother would of NOT fit in that shower!

Clean and updated but the tiniest room and bathroom imaginable. No closet. The bed is very old and sinks in the middle.
