Requested a queen Bed Got a full. Room extremely small, Pillows were TERRIBLE Few in room amenities. Np Breakfast. Extremely Pricey !!! For what was provided,

We are a small family run business and strive to exceed guest expectations. I'm sorry we missed the mark with you. All of our beds are queen sized. We do not have any full size options available. Our pillows are industry standard, but also know that pillow preferences are as unique as every traveler.Our property is located in a very rural area, at the closest entrance to Yellowstone. This drives the price set for this location to be very different than other places. (Example: while a big chain experience in some areas my be 250, it is 450 or more here.) We try to stay competitively priced for what we offer in our area. Properties that provide breakfast in West Yellowstone are considerably higher priced than us. In closing, our goal is to keep our prices set for our area, provide clean, quaint rooms that reflect our rural surroundings, and provide second to none customer service. If ever visiting our area again, given what your looking for, I would definitely recommend looking for one of the higher end chain facilities that are located here. Just be prepared for the 40-100 % price increase of what we offer here. I hope you enjoyed your Yellowstone experience.

Loved it! It will be way better than you expect.
This was a great motel room. I don’t usually stay motel inns, but there were limited options in the area. Plus they had a room that sleeps 8 in three separate rooms. From the outside, it is rustic and noticeably from a mid 20th century era. But don’t judge a book by the cover. The inside has been very well maintained and updated. I would 100% stay here again. And you are in walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. The owners take great pride in this property and it shows.

Very comfortable, very small room. Older updated motel that has poor insulation so all noise from outside and other rooms is disturbing.

Within a few minutes walking to shops, grocery stores, liquor stores ans restaurants. Very large room. Lots of pillows!! Friendly front staff. Would recommend.

Very short distance to Yellowstone park
The hotel was clean, but i wish they have a solid color comforter to see everything clearly. I like how it was close to the Yellowstone National Park.

The location was great. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping as well as Yellowstone park entrance. My wife left a pillow there and they hung on to it for her which is almost unheard of these days. The only thing that would have been great would be a microwave in the room

We stay here whenever we are in west Yellowstone. The best this is the family suites that sleep 8 and the reasonable prices! Clean sheets every day! A lot of places have quit that now

Old school and quiet.
My family and i stayed there over a weekend. This is a throwback to the 60's motel where you park directly outside your room. Room was adequate, but nothing special. While the hotel was full, we didn't hear our neighbors, a very quiet stay. Because of the lay out there is no large "lobby" and no breakfast. A testament to a different age of motels.

Basic but clean, comfy and convenient
We appreciated City Center's convenient location, close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone and near the historic part of town. Though the accommodations were basic, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. There's a community room with a kitchen available to guests. Best of all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Large room that easily slept 7 of us. More seating options in the larger family style rooms would be nice abd parking is tight if you are driving a larger SUV or truck. There is parking available on the street for larger vehicles.

This place is so comfortable. We had the 4 queen suite as we were 2 families together. It was great. I loved how clean it was and they didn’t skimp on how many towels they gave you. It is easy walking distance to everything in town. Will definitely stay again

wonderful stay. as per other reviews it was outdated but it was clean and beds were comfortable. staff was wonderful. fridge in the room although didn’t get very cold loved having a room with 3 queen beds for families
