The room was very clean and check in/check out was easy. I liked the electric fireplace and information sign. Walls are a little thin as we expected from other reviews. We slept well overall

Perfect for a ski weekend

I wish I had brought an electric kettle to boil water (there was a keureg), but otherwise the place was perfect for a weekend in west Yellowstone. The location gave easy access to everything. It was spacious for 2 people and a dog. The kitchenette is bare-bones so plan to eat out or bring easy-prep snacks

Last night in Yellowstone

We got out of the park and needed somewhere to crash before driving home. Room to organize our stuff, a refrigerator to keep our food cold, coffee making ability in the morning, a good shower and a good bed. Parked right in front of the door which was nice with all our gear. Just what we needed.

Bucking Moose is 1,000 stars. There aren't even enough stars. It was adorable!! Perfect location, beautiful furnishings, just amazing!! I am already planning my next visit.

Relocation respite

Stayed at the Bucking Moose for two nights. Comfortable, clean and warm…listing was accurate. Checkin was easy, check out was a breeze. Park located 1 block away, great for running dogs. Great location on main road, easily walk a few blocks to restaurants and shops. Convenient store located a block away is the late store, good to know when staying during times of early closures. Great place, will definitely stay again! Thanks Sweet Home Montana!

Great Base for Yellowstone.

Walking distance to West Yellowstone's commercial heart, and close to the the National Park West entrance. Clean, well equipped and cosy, perfect as a base for a three day exploration of the Park.

Cute place in the perfect location!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at. Right outside of the west Yellowstone entrance this spot is close to the Main Street of West Yellowstone. Clean, easy check in/ check out process and it looked exactly like what I saw online. I would highly recommend

Small rooms. Room number 1 is on very busy street. Persons in unit above marched around until midnight. TV did not work. Better to stay at Best Western or similiar…

Moosecapades!

The listing is incredibly accurate as far as your internal accommodations! The town is quaint! The brewery down the street has some incredibly friendly staff! The coffee shops are fantastic as well! The room is a corner building! You're right on the road so you hear every passing truck/vehicle. Thankfully we're not terribly light sleepers and we sleep with a sound machine so once we fell asleep it didn't matter! The light post in front of the building shines directly into the window above your head which I already knew about going into this rental! The curtains could definitely be updated to be blackout curtains! We enjoyed our stay for the 2 nights for sure! It was nice coming back to such a spacious apartment after a long day in the park!

The only problem we had with this property was light that was coming in through the front door window. We ended up putting a towel over the window so that it would be dark enough to sleep.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

A great place to stay in the downtown area of West Yellowstone. Clean, very comfortable beds, close to park entrance and set up nicely. Only downside TVs were inoperable. I would highly recommend this property
