Lovely, bright and breezy two bedroom home, sleeping 4, located in West Yarmouth neighborhood, walking distance to free beach located at the end of the street 0.4 miles. You can also explore Seagull Beach 1.8 miles and Smugglers Beach 3.4 miles.

Home boasts hardwood floors throughout, comfortable family room, two smart TVs, separate dining room off the fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, outdoor seating on spacious deck, and enclosed outdoor shower. Washing machine is bulkhead access only, no dryer. Home has a great clothesline! There is a Mitsubishi mini split air conditioning unit in the living room to cool the home during those warm summer days. Each bedroom will have an AC for 2025.

Conveniently located near restaurants along Route 28. Family favorites include Keltic Kitchen, 99 Restaurant, and The Yarmouth House to name a few, all within walking distance from the house. Cape Cod Rail Trail is a short drive down Higgins Crowell 2.4 miles, access at Mid Tech Drive. For the sports enthusiast bring your basketball, hoop is in the driveway.

Great play to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. Our rental was in a great location. We could walk to the beach and it was only a short drive from many other places we visited. The place was clean and we enjoyed the deck and backyard as well.

The house was clean, beautiful neighborhood. The special features I liked most, where the deck and the outdoor shower. The house could use a couple of new Skillets, the ones there where very old. Also a bigger coffee pot, a 2 cup pot is just not big enough. Overall this a perfect house for a couple with 1-3 kids.

It was so hot that week we went and bought one. There were 3 toasters and 2 of them were moldy the 3rd toaster you had to hold down the button. The house was clean and set up great. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage was a basic cc cottage. We didn’t spend a lot of time there but enjoyed the rear deck and the outside shower; one of the best outside showers I’ve ever used. Most of furnishings were fine but the wooden drawers in both bedrooms and the kitchen were horrible! Opening them was like scratching a blackboard with fingernails. The hedges along the driveway were way overgrown. That made parking 2 cars a big challenge! We enjoyed the close proximity to Wimbleton beach.
