You'll be in Hydrangea Heaven at your beautiful new vacation home in Yarmouth, with all this and more A five-minute walk from a private sandy beach on Lewis Bay, you can enjoy amazing sunsets or just relax and watch the ferry boats go by. This quiet seaside neighborhood, nestled between Yarmouth and downtown Hyannis, offers an ideal balance between convenience and privacy. After unwinding on the spacious farmer's porch, a bright and warm interior welcomes you as you enter a comfortable seating area in this spacious, two-story home. With a separate living room adjacent to the kitchen, the first floor is a great entertainment space for your vacation fun. One of the three bedrooms sits on the first floor and includes a queen bed, two twin beds, plus an ensuite bathroom.



Head upstairs and peek through the railings of the lofted, second living room, where you can watch meal prep in the large, fully equipped kitchen below, or laughing along to jokes heard from the first living room below. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, one of which features a queen bed, two twin beds, and an en suite full bathroom, and the third bedroom includes a single queen bed and en suite full bathroom. With three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and multiple living spaces, this getaway is perfect for larger groups who need to relax after an adventurous day out.



Escape to the back deck, overlooking a spectacularly landscaped backyard, complete with a grill for your summer barbecuing needs. A large, private grass yard allows plenty of space for yard games, while the farmers porch out front welcomes you to sit, relax, and take in the beautiful hydrangeas around the home.

Property was neat and very clean inside and the grounds. The kitchen was well equipped. There were multiple areas to congregate. The bedrooms were large with multiple beds with two bathrooms en suite. Walk to the beach was easy and through an upscale neighborhood.Plenty of parking.

Great house for friends or family

Well appointed home in a great location. Only a short distance to the ferry and local beaches. House looks recently updated. Expansive kitchen with new appliances made it a great location to gather with friends or family.

Lovely Harbor House

Wonderful stay, very tidy, nothing the kids can get into which was great for us. Black out curtains in every bedroom, laundry on the first floor with iron, ironing board, large drying rack, plenty of “starter items”, ex: salt, pepper, toilet paper in every bathroom, paper towels. Lots of great board and card games in the pantry (both adult games and kids games). A towel on each bed and bathroom, black makeup wash cloth in every bathroom, Conair blow dryers in every bathroom that worked great, connected bathrooms for every bedroom + full downstairs bathroom by the rear entrance, two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with a jetted bathtub, makeup mirrors, plenttty of light in the bathrooms, extremely clean showers, hot and clean outdoor shower, outdoor hose for cleaning sandy items, large front porch, completely soundproof from one room to the next (we have children that wake in the night and we could only hear them in the other room with our baby monitor) beautiful keurig coffee machine that made both large pots and keurig cups. Kitchen worked perfectly and had everything you could possibly need even for a big lobster boil or cookout. 5 minute walk to calm beach perfect for kids, kites, seashells, hermit crabs, watching boats. Somewhat Shelly beach so bring water shoes if that is bothersome to you. Xfinity TV in every room with all of the channels. This house was extremely comfortable and clean. We didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful vacation home

I stayed at this beautiful property for a week with adult children and grandchildren. We really enjoyed the location, the spacious home with excellent layout, and the small private beach less than a five minute walk away. The people at Del Mar were responsive and easy to communicate with. I would stay at this property again.

Great Family Vacation

We loved the house. Clean, well furnished and decorated. It had plenty of space for everyone. Short, less than 5 mins walk to a neighborhood private beach. Close to downtown Hyannis with several great restaurants and Nantucket ferry. Also was a short 15 min drive to other larger beach. The property manager was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. The whole family had a great time and enjoyed our vacation week.
