"I booked my room days in advance. When we showed up at 11:00pm our room still wasn’t ready. They had taken a bunch of last minute bookings and filled all the rooms. The room wasn’t clean when we finally got in so I cleaned it up myself. They put us in an adjoining room so we heard our neighbors all weekend. The only thing they accommodated was some free breakfast coupons. Don’t recommend. The staff working that night at the front desk were doing the best they could just unfortunate for them to be in that position also. "

"Nice, clean hotel, but not enough water fountains. Only water fountain was on the first floor and the water didn’t taste that great. Also - the pool water was cold! :). But, overall we were happy and the staff was nice. "
