"The hotel overall was excellent! The staff were friendly and always willing to help or assist in anyway needed. The room was spacious with a small fridge and microwave the mattress was premium and very comfortable and the location was right in the center of downtown that was walkable to everything. The Riverwalk was just steps from our hotel and the views of the boats going down the Riverwalk were stunning. My husband and I loved our stay here, we will most definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend this hotel to others."

"What an amazing experience! From the time the valet opened the door for us, helped unload our baggage, bring it to our rooms then the front desk staff upgrading and allowing us an early check in! We had such a great stay, and will definitely be back again soon!! Such a beautiful hotel and the best staff we have encountered in a while at a hotel! 20/10! ☺️ Shout out to Adam in valet and Patrick the valet/bell hop! Extremely professional and so nice! 👍"

"It was a wonderful experience. Everything stocked and clean. Helpful staff. Fun stuff to do. Only small complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was VERY dim. Other than that…greatness. 😄"
