"The Days Inn in McAllen is right next to the Expressway, property was unappealing ,no greenery,plants,trees only a parking lot! The room was quite clean, the queen size beds comfortable but the bathroom was small with its toilet & bathtub,we had to come out of the restroom to change clothes. The manager was friendly ,price of room for two was reasonable ..stayed one night only ,close to airport!! "

"This is a bare bones hotel. It’s the only affordable place with a kitchen. It was clean. The ac and tv worked fine. The water was hot but only trickled out of the shower nozzle. No lamps. No rug. No comfortable chair. No dishes. No coffee maker. Nada! The people were nice. "

"This old building has a musty, damp smell in the room. The beds and pillows aren’t as comfortable as the ones in other franchises of the same chain. However, the customer service is excellent. "
