Crisp Coastal Home - Uber Popular Northwood Neighborhood of West Palm Beach

Freshly off two long-term rentals, this newly furnished with all new light fixtures, linens, bedding, towels, kitchen items, etc. Charming bungalow oozing with old Florida charm, yet elegantly finished with a clean, fresh and modern flair. All rooms feature brand new WiFi TVs with YouTube Tv and high-speed internet access provided by Comcast.

This home features 2 bedrooms (1 with a Queen bed and the other with 2 Twin beds which can be put together to form a King if preferred). Large living/dining room and a nicely equipped kitchen. This home has a newly landscaped yard including a nice back patio for sitting out with coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There is outdoor seating along with coffee table and Umbrella.

The home is located in historic Northwood Shores/Northwood Historic District; walking distance to local restaurants such as Cafe Centro and just a 5-7 minute drive to the shops of downtown West Palm Beach. Palm Beach Island and it’s beaches are just a 7-9 minute drive. Transportation is close and plentiful including Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), 10 minute drive, Brightline High Speed Tain line with service to Fort Lauderale and Miami (5-8 minute drive) and the Tri-Rail (also a 5-8 minute drive). You are also very close to Singer Island.

The home has private street parking as well as private driveway parking from the back.
