The Space:
A wonderful way to spend a relaxing vacation: A generously sized ground floor unit with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and outside terrace. The assigned parking spot is right outside your door. Internet and cable is included. Gated and secure. Washer & Dryer in the unit. Meet your neighbors at the sociable pool steps away. Located in the sought-after "Lands of the President", very accessible to the Palm Beach Outlets (Tanger Outlets), Whole Foods, Target, City Place and Downtown West Palm Beach, Kravis Center, Palm Beach Airport, Beaches and Restaurants.

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
