Nice Clean Comfortable Space
My wife and I enjoyed our time here. It was perfect for our get away. We enjoying walking to the local coffee shop and driving to the excellent food options nearby. The host were wonderful, very responsive and the property was as it seemed in the pictures. Some of the other post alluded to the bed and it was a bit soft for my preference and my wife’s but we made due, it was only for a week. Outside of that the house was perfect! I would stay her again!

Excellent and comfortable
I stayed two nights in Casa Avada while performing in the area. It was exactly what I needed! Clean, comfy, and a bright and warm feeling. The space has a roomy feel for a one-bedroom unit. The neighborhood is quiet. The unit is well-appointed. So much more pleasant than yet another hotel room. 5 out of 5, and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect West Palm stay!
The location was perfect! Close to the airport, restaurants and the beach! The property is decorated beautifully and the cleaning is impeccable! Chris and his wife Lingling were very responsive to any questions I asked and on the day of check-in sent detailed information as well as a photo report following the cleaning of the property! Very detail oriented!

West Palm visit
I was in town for the weekend to visit my daughter who goes to PBA and the house was a perfect accommodation for the two of us. It has a cute front and back patio area where we hung out and caught up.

Perfect for Two & Lovely Neighborhood
Nice and convenient neighborhood. Great for going on walks / running. Close proximity to dining and shopping. No two houses are the same. Fun to admire all the different architecture in the neighborhood and all the beautiful plant life.

Loved this property looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever I would've stayed in it forever. My only tick is that there was no TV in the bedroom. I don't know if they will consider adding one but I think it would be a great addition. Other then that I would stay here again :)

This property is efficient. Kitchen had minimum utensils, but adequate. Getting into the parking spot was a challenge with my Transit but w/o anyone in the rear property it was ok. Shelf or hooks to hang towels in the bath would be an improvement. Electronics worked fine, no access to washer/dryer was a bummer but new it going in.Location was great. Dresser or shelving to store clothes would be great in the bedroom closet..

Absolutely loved this location. The bed was wonderful. The water pressure was amazing! The home decor was adorable and personally I took a handful of photos of things I want in my own home. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

The property is exactly as advertised—eclectic, vibrant, clean. Only ding is there’s no access to a washer/dryer (the listing wasn’t misleading we just assumed there’d be one in the house) and there’s no place to hang up the bathroom towels (no hooks or towel rack that we could find).

Amazing stay here as a travel medical worker
As a travel medical worker, cleanliness and location are key for me. Chris' place perfectly met my needs. It's located in a beautiful and quiet historic neighborhood, within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to the intracoastal waterway and a short drive from Palm Beach airport. The house itself was very clean, and having a designated parking spot was a big plus. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made arrival a breeze. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Tropical Tranquility! A Perfect Getaway!
Staying at Chris' place was fantastic! It's a lovely house with a tropical vacation vibe, and it's really clean and comfy. Also, it's really convenient! The beach is close by, just a short drive away, and you can walk to the intracoastal waterway and lots of great stores on Dixie just steps away. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and very welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Perfect Stay
This is the second time I've stayed at Chris' place, and everything was perfect! I travel for work to West Palm Beach very often, and Chris' place is my #1 choice. The location is great – walkable to most of the places I need, like retail stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and just one block from the intracoastal. The unit was impeccably clean, and I loved all the great wall art. Communication with Chris was great – he was very responsive and helpful. Can't wait for my next stay!

Love the home and the location with great and close access to so many things in greater West Palm. Not totally happy with the comfort of the bed. Seems far to soft. And please consider some shelves or small dresser for the closet area. Without this extra you are just living out of your suitcase for the week. Also please add towel bars for the bath area and face towels would be a plus.

Perfect get away!
We had a fabulous stay at Casa Alva. It is a fantastic neighborhood, near everything you need and only 8 minutes from the beach and the most perfect sunrises. The home is lovely and comfortable, with everything you need. Some people talk about the fact that there are no towel racks; it’s because there’s a beautiful mural on the wall for you to enjoy, and you can hang towels on a chair during vacation. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Chris was very responsive to my request for extra blankets, and he came over right away. I will definitely stay here again, and I suggest you stop scrolling and book.

Everything was just perfect
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Chris' charming home, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The attention to detail in the cozy decor and thoughtful amenities truly made us feel right at home. We especially love the big wall arts that were painted by the local cartiest!The space was immaculately clean, and every corner exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The location is perfect, offering a serene retreat while still being conveniently close to everywhere. A lot of wonderful restaurants are walkable. Communication with Chris and his wife was prompt and friendly. They were more than willing to offer recommendations, answer any questions, and accommodate our needs, making the entire experience stress-free. In summary, our stay at Chris' house exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a home away from home with a touch of hospitality that goes above and beyond, look no further. Charming Cottage
Sparkling clean cottage, Casa Alva, with just about everything you need. I had read reviews and someone said there were no towel racks, so I packed my folding laundry rack, which came in handy. (We drove in our car, so had plenty of room.) People must hang their towels on the shower curtain rod, but I am too petite to do that. Casa Alva is in a very nice neighborhood, and is convenient to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. There is a great surprise alcove with good lighting, that can be used for a laptop, but which I very comfortably used for my hand embroidery. Hosts Chris and LingLing were easy to reach and responded almost instantly to my questions! My husband and I will be back!

Bigger than expected which is great. I could not get the TV to operate, so Chris personally stopped by the first night of my stay to show me how to use the TV remote. Appreciated his personal attention to the TV operating system. Hope to stay again and again.

This place was so amazing! The location was very convenient to get to beaches, restaurants, and parks. The house is very well decorated (there is a “little” surprise if you can find it), clean, and well stocked with appliances and kitchen supplies. Will definitely stay here again!

Eclectic chic!
We had a great stay at the Casa Alva! The location was perfect - a great, walkable neighborhood! The home was adorable, with unique chic decor. It was incredibly homey and comfortable. Chris and Lingling’s place is adorable, very comfortable and clean. Water pressure is great and bed very comfy as well. Walking distance to the waterfront for amazing walks, workouts, biking. Unique little villa
